St. Olaf children's Christmas program will be Held on Sunday, December 16th, during the 9:00Am Worship service with Holy Communion. All are welcome !

A memorial service for Erwin Quarne will be held at St Olaf Lutheran Church in Grenora, on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at 10:30Am. A meal and full military honors will follow at the American Legion Hall, at noon. God bless all who mourn!

Rally day for Sunday School September 9th at 10:00Am. All kids ages 4-12 are welcome! Noisy offering at Sunday Worship at 11:00Am.

Vacation Bible School for kids of all faiths will be held at St. Olaf Lutheran Church and be led by the UMM Camp Counselors from the camp near Epping. It was decided to start on Monday, July 30th this year. Sunday the counselors will still lead worship at 11:00. As this is a Parish event there will be no worship at United Lutheran Church in Zahl that day. There will be potluck and registration following worship. If you are unable to make it on Sunday, you may register starting at 8:30 on Monday. It is open for all children age four through the sixth grade. Grades 1-6 will attend from 9:00-3:00, and age’s 4-Kindergarten will attend from Noon until 3:00. Remember to bring your sack lunch. It will run Monday through Thursday, with a closing program at 2:00 on Thursday.

Funeral services for Dorothy Kilbride will be at 11:00, Saturday, July 14th, at St Olaf Lutheran Church. God bless all who mourn!

Funeral services for Lloyd Howard (Bud) Rasmussen will be held Tuesday, May 29, at 2:00pm at St Olaf Lutheran Church. Rev Wayne Van Kauwenburg will officiate. Military rites by American Legion. Lunch to follow!

Funeral services for Sylvan Nygaard, husband of Mila, will be held at 10:00 Am, on Tuesday, May 15. Rev. Wayne Van Kauwenberg will officiate. May God bless those who mourn.

Sunday school children will be singing on Sunday, May 13, and they will collect noisy offering, so remember your loose change! A potluck dinner in recognition of the graduates will follow. Council members will bring hot dishes and the rest of the congregation should bring salads and sandwiches. Cake will be provided. Sunday school is at 10:00am, with worship to follow at 11:00am. All are welcome here!!

Funeral services for Paul Pederson will be held at 10:00Am at St Olaf Lutheran Church on Tuesday, February 27th. Paul passed away on February 20th. Lunch will be served following the service. Paul will be missed by all who knew him. He was the husband of Gail Pederson. Our condolences to his family!

Wednesday is not only Valentine's Day, it's Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. Remember you are dust, and to dust you shall return! Services begin at 7:00Pm at St Olaf Lutheran Church. The youth group will serve a soup supper from 5:30-6:45Pm each Wednesday of Lent for a free will donation, to help them attend the gathering in Houston this summer. Lent and soup will rotate every week, with next week at United Lutheran Church in Zahl! All are welcome!

It's Bible day at Grenora area churches on Sunday February 11! Third graders have been sent letters inviting them to pick up a Bible during worship. Worship at St Olaf Lutheran is at 9:00 a.m., St Boniface Catholic Church at 9:00a.m., and at United Lutheran Church in Zahl, at 11:00a.m. The Today's Women Club will be giving away Bibles in honor of the Bible being the best selling book for Reading Month! Remember noisy offering at St Olaf Lutheran... bring your coins!

Mark your calendars for the 26th annual Turkey Dinner at St Olaf Lutheran Church! It's February 11th from 11:30- 2:30PM. There's turkey and all of the trimmings served up homestyle. If you need it delivered call 694-3411. Adults $12 Children $5

There will be no worship service Sunday, December 24th. All are welcome to come to the candlelight service that evening at 4:00pm, at St Olaf Lutheran, or join us at United Lutheran Church in Zahl at 5:30 pm. Funeral services for Donovan Quarne will be held Monday, December 4th, 2017, at St Olaf Lutheran Church in Grenora. Donovan, age 85, husband of Thelma, passed away November 29th. Services will be held at 11:00a.m., at he will be buried with military honors in the Grenora cemetery, with lunch to follow at the church. Rev. Wayne Van Kawenburg will officiate!

St. Olaf Lutheran Church, Grenora, ND, will hold their Thank Offering dinner Sunday, November 19th. The dinner will follow 11:00am worship. Council members will bring hot dishes, and members are asked to bring, salads, sandwiches or dessert! Please consider a gift over and above your "normal" giving to help with the ministry and mission of our church.
